The U.S. Postal Service has a fairly new program that will allow you to deliver Happy Living News to homes in neighborhoods without the need to buy a Bulk Mail Permit or a Mailing List or attach Mailing List Mailing Labels.  You simply bundle Happy Living News in bundles of 100.  You pick at least one route or more and take the newspapers to the postal office that services the route and USPS will delivery a copy of Happy Living News to each home on the route for only 18.7 cent each.  A great deal, especially since you did not have to buy a bulk mail permit of a mailing list or attached labels to each copy.  You do not need to do any of that.

I recommend the Events Community Newspapers that are found in newsstands and business locations, mostly restaurants.  You are required to INSERT normally 2,000 or more.  Best INSERT pricing is around 3 to 4 cents per INSERT.  With any advertising purchase, to get your best price, you should negotiate "kinda" like you are buying car.
